We are pleased to release Fanstrike, an innovative way to get Alabama Athletics message out. With Fanstrike members earn points for tweeting it out on their account. Members will only be awarded points once for participating and are encouraged to check back for more.

I have completed social media activities but my points have not shown up on my account. Why is that happening?
It may take up to 24 hours for points to be visible in your account. If your Instagram account is set to private, we are not able to award points for posting photos.
In most cases, your points have not displayed in your account because you have multiple email addresses in the Crimson Tide Rewards system. The email address used to sign up for your membership card and/or to purchase season tickets MUST match the email address used to register for your online account. If you have season tickets to any sport other than football, an online account has already been created for you with the email address used to purchase your season tickets. Season ticket holders received an email with their temporary account passwords shortly before the beginning of each sport's season. There is no need to create an online account. If you have season tickets and have registered for a membership card, the email address used to register for your card MUST match the email address used to purchase your season tickets. If not, you will have two separate accounts. If you believe this to be the case, please contact support to have your accounts merged.
Each member must have a unique email address to participate. The same email address cannot be used by more than one member. It is important that the email address used to register online is the same as that used to sign-up for your card at an athletic event.
The smart phone app is called Crimson Tide Rewards and it is free to download.
Come to any home athletic event and visit the Crimson Tide Rewards table on the concourse. Provide your email address that to the Crimson Tide Rewards representative and he/she will connect your new membership card to your account.
No. Point totals will be reset after the completion of each academic year, but your card will still be assigned to your account.
Do I have to get a Crimson Tide Rewards membership card even if I have the Crimson Tide Rewards smart phone app?
No, the Crimson Tide Rewards smart phone app once downloaded can be used for the same purposes and much more than the membership card.
Once downloaded, the GPS smart phone app will ask the user to turn on push notifications and location services. If accepted by the user, push notifications will notify users about points, event check-ins and special prizes. If accepted by the user, location services will automatically award points at athletic events when users arrive at the event. Location services will also have exclusive offers for users at the event.
Twitter has changed its policy to prohibit businesses and other organizations from rewarding users for posting with specific hashtags or retweeting certain accounts. Effective May 3, 2015, we are no longer able to award points for retweeting accounts or posting a tweet with an approved hashtag.
Instagram has changed its policy to prohibit businesses and other organizations from rewarding points to users for connections and activities on Instagram. Effective August 2016, we are no longer able to award points for reposting pictures or posting a picture with an approved hashtag.
Card scanning begins one hour prior to game time at all athletic events. It ends one hour after game time, or at halftime for applicable events. Scanning is subject to end earlier when staff needs dictate. Members are encouraged to arrive and scan-in early to ensure they receive points.
No, prizes must be picked up at official prize pick-up events.
Yes. You will earn points upon scanning your season ticket(s) or your Crimson Tide Rewards card at any home athletic event.
After redeeming your prize online, you will be contacted with instructions for picking up your prize. Prize pick-up is available at home athletic events and, in some cases, by visiting Bryant-Denny Stadium during prize pick-up hours. Prizes will not be mailed.
No, all accounts will reset to zero points before each new academic year.
Point redemption works much like an online store. Redeem the points you have accumulated for the prize(s) of your choice. After redeeming your prize(s), those points will be subtracted from your total available points. Your cumulative points for the entire year will not be affected.
